Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the CVRAC website and its resources.

Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.cvrac.org (the “Site”), operated by the Concho Valley Regional Advisory Council (“CVRAC”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice; not an emergency service
The Site provides general information about CVRAC, the regional trauma system and related programs. It is not medical advice and does not replace the judgment of licensed healthcare professionals, medical directors or approved protocols. CVRAC does not provide emergency dispatch. In an emergency, call 911.
Documents, forms and training materials
Documents, forms, presentations and training videos are provided for the convenience of CVRAC members, healthcare professionals and the public. They are provided “as is.” Always confirm that you are using the current version, and follow your organization’s policies and your medical director’s protocols. Training materials do not by themselves certify anyone to perform a procedure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information through forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Submissions
When you submit a form or message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. Do not submit protected health information unless CVRAC has asked you to and provided a secure method.
Third-party websites and services
The Site links to and uses services provided by others, including state agencies, partner organizations, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, SimCapture and EmailMeForm. CVRAC is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those websites and services, and their own terms apply.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the content of the Site, including the CVRAC name and logo, belongs to CVRAC or is used with permission. Campaign names and logos such as Stop the Bleed, and partner logos, belong to their respective owners. You may share and print CVRAC content for non-commercial, educational and healthcare purposes with attribution.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CVRAC works to keep the Site accurate and available but makes no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVRAC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or linked materials.
Accessibility
CVRAC wants the Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble reading a page, opening a document or using the contact form, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
CVRAC may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
